About Sue Scheff™

When caring mom Sue Scheff™ tried getting help for her troubled teen several years ago, she found herself feeling alone and overwhelmed, with nowhere to turn. After enrolling her daughter in a program she understood to be safe, Scheff™ soon discovered she was mislead and the very program she trusted to save her daughter was putting her daughter in danger.

In 2001, in an effort to save other parents from enduring a similar nightmare, Sue Scheff™ founded the Parents Universal Resource Experts (P.U.R.E.™). Today P.U.R.E.™ helps parents of troubled teens by providing parents with a comprehensive list of resources to get their teens the help they need without putting their teens in danger.

Scheff™ is also the author of the soon-to-be-released book, “Wit’s End™,” which chronicles her daughter’s troubled teen years and Scheff™’s long journey to the creation of P.U.R.E.™
